El edificio se desarrolla en tres partes. La que contacta con el suelo y acoge los usos de escala más urbana. La parte central con viviendas convencionales y el remate superior con apartamentos de distribución flexible.

Public Tender for Draft Project for the Construction of Rent-Controlled Housing/Social Rented Housing. (2005). WINNING BID.
The building is divided in three parts. The part on ground level welcomes the more urban uses/services. The central part consists of conventional properties/apartments and the top part of the building consists of apartments with flexible internal distribution.
